Decoding what makes learning and the people who make it happen genuinely thrive requires more than good intentions. It requires a shared language for change and a clear-eyed look at what flourishing actually looks like inside a school. This full-day workshop pairs the science of human flourishing with a practical framework for organizational change through the NEASC 4Cs: Conceptual Understanding, Commitment, Capacity, and Competence to help school leaders and teams move improvement priorities from stated intention to lived practice.
