The ToK essay is an integral part of the Core Program in the IB Diploma Program (DP), with the six major titles launched in September of every school year. In the workshop, we would like to “unpack” the titles by addressing key terms and identifying links to the different Areas of Knowledge (AoK). By the end of the session, ToK teachers in the group will come away with concrete ideas about to support their students in the production of the essay in the different AoKs. Subject teachers will also leave with specific approaches they can take in their content areas to aid students in developing these specific titles. Session Outcome(s)

To share examples and resources within the subjects to help students in addressing the ToK titles.
To give non ToK teachers tools to support students within content areas in answering the essay titles.
