About me
Maha Frangieh is an experienced international school leader and currently serves as Early Years and Junior School Principal in Hamburg. She holds a Doctorate in Education, with her research focusing on international mindedness and how schools intentionally nurture global citizenship, agency, and ethical responsibility in young learners. Maha has worked across international school contexts, leading curriculum development, student wellbeing initiatives, and whole school systems that center student voice and action. Her work is deeply grounded in practice, with a strong commitment to building meaningful partnerships between students, educators, and families. Through her leadership, she continues to explore how student action teams can empower learners to think critically, act responsibly, and contribute positively to their communities.
