About me
I have 35 years of experience in education and have worked in five international schools across five different countries. I am Brazilian and began my career in international education in Brazil. For the past 22 years, I have worked at the Bavarian International School. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Biology and a master’s degree in Special Educational Needs. I began at BIS as a science and biology teacher and, for the past 10 years, have worked as a Learning Support teacher for students in Grades 11 and 12. Having worked both as a subject specialist and as a Learning Support teacher, I bring a broad perspective on curriculum, inclusion, and the diverse needs of learners in international schools.Outside school, I enjoy reading, nature photography, and Reformer Pilates. I also hope to become a certified Pilates instructor.
