Lea is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in curriculum development, instructional coaching, and change management within Europe and the Middle East. Lea excels in fostering teacher collaboration, enhancing understanding of inquiry-based learning, and facilitating data informed decision making resulting in school improvement. As a CIS Evaluator and IB Representative, Lea has played a vital role in accreditation processes, ensuring a high standard of education. Additionally, she has implemented robust administrative and organizational systems (such as MTSS) and nurtured community partnerships, engaging all stakeholders to support student success. Currently, she leads the Child Protection Response Team and Pastoral Response Team, demonstrating her dedication to student welfare, fostering safe learning environments, and promoting Belonging for all students.
