AGIS Conference 2026 Potsdam
Working Together To Support Learning
Saturday September 19, 2026 11:15am - 12:15pm CEST
Our Art Teacher and Librarian partnership will showcase how transdisciplinary collaboration strengthens learning in the PYP. Students are introduced to artists and visual movements in the library, exploring texts, biographies, and critical perspectives. That learning is then translated into creative action in the art studio—experimenting with style, technique, and visual storytelling. We will share practical co-planning structures, aligned skill development, and authentic student examples that demonstrate how integrating information literacy with artistic practice deepens inquiry, strengthens agency, and elevates student voice.
